- Organize Your Documents
- Get Qualified
- Shop Loan Programs and Rates
- Obtain Loan Approval

Organize Your Documents
A properly completed loan application makes your loan process go smoothly. We will go through a detailed checklist to help you with this process. The list of required documents includes, but is not limited to: a residential loan application and supporting paperwork; W-2s, pay stubs and/or tax returns for previous years; documentation of assets; and other documents depending on the type of loan you are requesting and your own personal situation. We work with you to make this process as simple as possible.
Get Qualified
We highly recommend getting pre-qualified for your loan prior to shopping for a new home. Being pre-qualified will: Inform you of your maximum affordable home value, save you from previewing properties outside your price range, put you in a stronger negotiating position with the seller, and help your loan close quickly.
Shop Loan Programs and Rates
We will walk you through all of the programs that may be right for you, and we educate you on each one. Some of the factors to keep in mind are: how long you plan to keep the loan, the relationship between rates and points, your comfort level with short-term versus long-term loans and what the risks are. We know our products and understand that great rates are what everyone wants.
Obtain Loan Approval
This is done once the loan application has been received. While we do not do the actual approving, we can stay on top of your application to make sure the process happens in a timely manner.
Close the Loan
The most anticipated part of the process. Once your loan is approved, you will be required to attend a closing to sign the final loan documents. We will help you get prepared for this and advise you on what to bring.
